You must gain access to this all knowing attitude by faith in our Lord's ability to give it unto you, revelation, mental illumination, divine impartation. 1 Corinthians 13:8-13 shows us knowing in pieces until the full puzzle of maturity is pictured perfect. Growing into God fullness. When the puzzle is complete the individual pieces are hidden, being consumed by the big picture. Knowing in piece gets you started toward all knowing.
